Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance and repair services for our customers. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.

Duties:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and mechanical systems on irrigation systems and outdoor lighting
- Conduct inspections and diagnose equipment malfunctions
- Utilize technical knowledge to analyze problems and develop effective solutions
- Repair or replace defective components or parts
- Collaborate with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Document all service activities, including repairs performed and parts used
- Provide technical support to customers over the phone when necessary
- Maintain accurate records in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Stay up to date with industry advancements and participate in ongoing training

- Be able to diagnose outdoor lighting systems if not it can be taught

- Must know how to do irrigation and hardscape and landscaping

- Must have a valid driver's license

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus
- Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role
- Strong electrical, and mechanical knowledge
- Familiarity with industrial machinery and equipment
- Proficient in analyzing logic controllers and troubleshooting complex systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with CMMS software is preferred
- Technical sales experience is a plus
- Knowledge of hydraulics is an asset
