Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce technology to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in Salesforce and a proven track record of effectively gathering and communicating requirements. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
Serve as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Conduct comprehensive requirement-gathering sessions to capture detailed business needs and objectives.
Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Salesforce technology.
Design, document, and maintain detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
Work closely with Salesforce developers and administrators to ensure solutions align with business requirements.
Provide guidance and support to business users during user acceptance testing and deployment phases.
Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce solutions.
Proactively identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of X years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce technology.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including but not limited to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
Proficiency in requirement-gathering techniques, such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Developer certification is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
