Reporting to the Human Services Supervisor - Mental Health & Substance Use, the Home Consultant performs work involving the care and treatment of individuals experiencing severe and persistent mental illness, providing a positive rehabilitative influence.
HOURS:
Monday-Friday, 12:30 - 9:00 PM and every 5th weekend with possibilities of overtime
LOCATION:
County Administration Building at 320 S. Walnut St. in Appleton, WI
