Position: Busser/Food Runner
What you'll bring:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a high-volume restaurant setting.

What you'll do:

• Clear and clean tables after each guest leaves, including dishware, tabletop, chairs, booths, and floor.
• Reset the table quickly for the next guest.
• Have an understanding of the menu and bring dishes out with poise and accuracy.
• Demonstrate composure and effectiveness in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Handle spontaneous requests gracefully and confidently.
• Have familiarity with Toast POS systems and proficiency in using Resy or similar digital/online reservation platforms.
• Have flexibility in working weekends and occasional holidays.
• Maintain a willingness to step in as needed to ensure the restaurant's smooth and efficient operation.
