Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to seniors and individuals with disabilities in the comfort of their own homes. Duties:
- Provide direct care and support to clients in accordance with their individual care plans
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Monitor and record vital signs as needed
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including the use of lifting equipment if required
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
- Implement behavior management techniques as directed by supervisors

Skills:
- Previous experience in senior care, patient care, or direct support is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of ADLs and experience assisting with personal care tasks
- Ability to monitor and record vital signs accurately
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with individuals who may have challenging behaviors
- Ability to follow care plans and maintain confidentiality of client information
- Basic knowledge of home care safety practices
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move clients as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $250.00 - $288.00 per day
