As a Caregiver/Companion, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Monitor and record vital signs as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Follow all HIPAA guidelines to ensure client privacy and confidentiality

Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of caregiving systems and practices
- Familiarity with ADLs and providing direct support to individuals
- Understanding of patient care principles and techniques
- Ability to lift and assist with transfers as needed
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Compassionate nature and genuine desire to help others
