1. Customer Interaction:

   • Greet customers warmly and professionally at the cashier desk.

   • Assist customers with billing inquiries and payment processing.

   • Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately.

   • Issue receipts promptly and make change as needed.

   • Address customer questions and direct them to the appropriate department.

   • Handle customer complaints with courtesy and refer unresolved issues to the relevant staff.

2. Administrative Duties:

   • Maintain organized records of repair orders, invoices, and other relevant paperwork.

   • Close out invoices and reconcile any outstanding balances.

   • Answers incoming calls and provides clerical support to the service and parts departments.
