We are hiring a Head Teller to work at our Normandy Branch location in Royal Oak. The applicant must be able to seamlessly handle member relations by providing excellent member service. Must have strong attention to detail to handle monetary transactions with ease. This job requires you to make the member a priority everyday, by demonstrating exceptional work ethic and a positive attitude. Upholding OUR Core Values in every day transactions with member service and sales opportunities is a priority. The candidate will need to be comfortable looking for opportunities to better OUR member's financial situations by knowing our products and services and referring them to options that best meet their needs. This position will require the candidate to work at least two Saturdays a month and be able to open/close the branch 3 times a week. Prior cash handling experience and customer service experience is required for this job. Prior Teller or Head Teller experience preferred, but not required.
