Position Summary
The Shelter Coordinator is responsible for monitoring the activities of guests of the shelter, ensuring compliance with program rules and expectations, and ensuring the safety of guests and the security and sanitation of the shelter.
Responsibilities
· The Shelter Coordinator will provide direct program support to guests and work collaboratively with Community Service Providers to help ensure successful completion of Individual Housing Plan (IHP).
· The Shelter Coordinator will be responsible for data entry in the HMIS Program.
· The Shelter Coordinator will be responsible for weekly check-ins with guests and accurately documenting case notes.
· Provide administrative support for the Shelter Support Specialist
