Job Description:

• Assist in investigating and resolving product and process problems related to regulatory issues
• Ensuring compliance with FDA and international governing bodies of product nutritional and ingredient information, including confirming nutrition values, allergen and ingredient lists, net weight statements and nutritional and advertising claims. General office clerical work (data entry, filing, organizing)
• Assisting with the review of product claims made in marketing and sales collateral, websites, and other consumer communications for compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines
• Collaborate with manufacturers globally on the development of private brand products to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Maintain all regulatory files/databases and chronologies in good order. Establish and maintain systems for tracking changes in documentation.
• Maintain current knowledge of FDA, USDA, GMP, HACCP, and government agency and follow the standards applicable to the products and process.

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual in English and Korean.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong computer skills and Microsoft products.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• 1 years of related experience preferred but not required.
• Degree in food science and nutrition preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
