We are looking for a charismatic and professional AP / AR Clerk to join our team in Century City, CA! A local leader in Tax Accounting is seeking an eager and ambitious talent that is willing to learn new skills!
Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm
Related specific responsibilities will include :
- Check and approve all invoices for payment
- Match, batch & code invoices for daily data entry
- Prepare invoice deduction notices, as necessary
- Contact vendors regarding discrepancies and answers all vendor inquiries
- Complete vendor statement reconciliations quarterly
- Prepares A / P checks, prints all A / P reports and maintains all A / P files
- Maintains vendor files, city licenses, and DMV renewals
Qualifications :
- Minimum 1 year of AR / AP experience
- Expereince working with Taxes is a PLUS
- HS Diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 months year of Excel and Word experience
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail oriented
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
