Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and excellent communication skills.

Duties:
- Greet guests and provide a warm welcome upon arrival
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest requests promptly and effectively
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
Skills:
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong guest service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling phone systems
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and composure
