Fleet Operations Manager Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide support to members experiencing mechanical issues and assist with warranty coverage within the first 30 days.
• Monitor telematics reports, follow up on high-priority codes, and ensure units are reporting properly.
• Coordinate transportation of assets utilizing our network of third-party logistics providers.
• Manage multiple vendor relationships to maintain high standards and reduce costs.
• Schedule and sequence vendor assignments to meet cycle time goals.
• Use the Transportation Management System to provide the current status of assets and schedule readiness.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners.
• Provide diagnostic and repair advice to Customer Service.
• Identify and execute opportunities to improve processes and results.
• Make outbound contact with members to resolve reporting issues.

Fleet Operations Coordinator Skills and Qualifications

• Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer service experience in a service department or logistics is a plus.
• Creative problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products.
• High personal standards of accountability.
• Team player with a positive attitude and drive.
• College degree preferred.

Location: Prairie Village, KS and/or Pleasant Valley, MO

Pay: $60,000 to $75,000 annual salary, subject to qualifications and experience.
