What is TOOF?
The Other Ones Foundation (TOOF) is a nonprofit that offers extremely low-barrier work opportunities, case management, and humanitarian aid to people experiencing homelessness.

Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Community Engagement Program Manager, this role demands excellent people skills and a passion for creating relationships. All interactions will be person centered, be racially and culturally competent, strengths-based, trauma informed, and have a harm-reduction perspective.
This position provides group and individual services, including service navigation support and living skills training. This Community Engagement Specialist position will have a strong focus on medical and psychiatric care coordination for residents and will support partners that deliver medical and psychiatric care on site.

Schedule:
Must be willing to work weekends and will be on a regular and predictable schedule of 10-hour shifts. This position will be Sunday through Wednesday schedule to coincide with on-site health care partner schedules.
