JOB SUMMARY
The OTC Industrial Technologies corporate marketing team is searching for a Content Producer who has experience in digital and traditional content creation. The individual in this role will be a key component in creating internal and external content to support marketing campaigns and other initiatives.
As a Content Producer at OTC, you will play a pivotal role in creating and delivering content that encompasses defined marketing strategies and communications. You will collaborate within the corporate marketing team, other departments, and 3 rd party agencies to create a seamless curation of content. Your creative flair, attention to detail, and passion for content marketing will be essential in this position.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Coordinate and execute all social media accounts to ensure timely and consistent posting of content, monitoring engagement, and providing responses to inquiries or comments in our corporate tone of voice.
  • Strategize and execute activities and best practices to increase social followership and engagement.
  • Coordinate and delegate social tasks as needed to ensure timely execution.
  • Communicate regularly with internal & external partners to create content for marketing collateral, specifically support case studies, articles, and other content related collateral.
  • Provide content creation for the needs of OTC corporate, OTC segments and billcanady.com.
  • Create various forms of content including video, written assets and image assets.
  • Adhere to guidelines, timelines, and specifications for content as set by the internal marketing teams.
  • Foster community and awareness growth with the B2B distribution industry leveraging social media strategies.
  • Coordinate and execute internal communications.
  • Provide support for OTC intranet content.
  • Uphold the company's brand voice, guidelines, and values across all content communications and maintain a consistent brand image.
  • Ability to operate within a corporate marketing team and adhere to corporate standards of marketing, while supporting segment specific marketing requests.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business-related field.
  • 1-3-year experience in an internship or marketing position.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (HubSpot preferred), social media platforms, and marketing analytics tools.
  • The ability to create and deploy social media posts is a must.
  • Attention to detail is a must for this position.
  • Strong communication skills, specifically when receiving and processing creative feedback.
  • Can manage multiple tasks with clear prioritization on order of completion.
  • Can effectively capture revision & direction communication while executing creative work.
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate and be a team player across multiple channels within the organization.
  • Has a strong work ethic with a proven track record of executing tasks on time.
