Brief Job Description: Otay Pet Vets is looking for a highly dedicated and energetic individual to join our team of client service representatives who provide attentive, professional service to our amazing clients and their animal companions. The CSR works with our veterinary staff to ensure a safe, clean environment for all who come through our doors, as well as a stellar experience for each and every client.
OPV provides training upon hire and offers the opportunity to cross-train with our clinical staff. We also offer the warm, supportive team dynamic that only a family-owned business can bring! This position will immerse you in the vibrant, fast-paced setting of an AAHA-accredited, award-winning animal hospital, where each day is different but the exceptional quality of patient care and client service remains constant. Excellent interpersonal skills, a drive to learn and collaborate, and a compassionate attitude will prepare the CSR for success in this role.
