A little about the role:
As the Loss Prevention Manager, you’ll be working independently, reporting to the Director of Loss Prevention located at an alternate location. You will require a vehicle and a valid driver’s license because you’ll be responsible for monitoring, investigating, auditing and much more across multiple stores. In addition, you’ll be accountable for the development and implementation of a loss prevention plan that includes asset protection, safety, and PCI compliance. The long and short of it is that you will be charged with decreasing losses through examining, reporting on and adjusting, when necessary, to facilities, customer transactions, scheduling, payroll, merchandising, cash management and all other operational practices.
Working remotely in the USA.
