This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. The Reservations Manager at the Oshkosh Community YMCA intentionally fosters a cause-centered culture that is welcoming, genuine, hopeful, nurturing, and determined while also managing safe, high-quality, member-focused aquatics programs.

1. Develop and implement procedures for all facility reservations including but not limited to birthday parties, field trips, special events, program activities, and internal reservations.
2. Service as on-site contact person for field trips and groups.
3. Manage facility schedules to ensure organization.
4. Create monthly facility schedules and keep facility schedules updated on the Oshkosh Community YMCA APP.
5. Assist Youth and Family Director with any additional duties.
6. Maintains regular, clear, professional, and concise communication.
