Description

• Heat Treat knowledge and grades of metal a plus
• Tool and Die (especially progression dies) experience is a plus
• Proven experience with industrial or technical products a plus
• Knowledge of ANSI, CSA or other relevant product standards, industry standards and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to perform detailed technical analysis of customer applications, offer product recommendations and aid in the design process.
• Willingness to travel both domestically internationally up to 25%
• Computer Skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point)
• ACAD and Solidworks
• Working knowledge of ERP Systems
• Expertise in SAP a major plus.
• Working knowledge of part creation, routing development, Bill of Material structures
• Previous product design and development a plus
• Machine building a plus
• Project management a plus
• APICS certification a plus
• Full understanding of the product development process (APQP, DFM, AIAG), including product analysis
• ISO experience is helpful. ISO Auditor experience is a big plus.

Qualifications

• College degree (engineer, business, sales) preferred or equivalent work experience
• Previous industrial application expertise in industrial polishing, industrial deburring, primary metal material handling and/or power transmission conveyance
