About the Role

  • Inventory Management, Demand & Deployment planning
    • Provide planning cycle & process support to the Global inventory management, Deployment, and Demand Planning teams.
    • Provide data, analytical and modelling support to the extended team
  • Master data Governance
    • Ensure integrity & accuracy of master data in the IT systems to support demand, inventory and deployment planning and life cycle management.
  • Performance mgt
    • Support standardized, integrated weekly /monthly service, forecast accuracy and inventory KPI reporting.
    • Root cause analysis & action planning to provide enhanced insights to support “gap analysis” and the identification of performance improvement opportunities.
  • Business Process Excellence
    • Support creation, documentation, training, and governance of daily work processes

Primary Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management, Demand & Deployment planning
    • Support daily, weekly, monthly planning cycle activities.
    • Analysis and reporting in support of the Deployment, Demand Planning, and Inventory management teams.
    • Detailed inventory health analysis to identify key areas of opportunities for performance improvement, risks and opportunities.
    • Setting and governance of adherence to Inventory Targets.
    • Project support & ad hoc activities as required.
    • Support SOE /SOP/Supply review preparation
    • Identify, investigate, and track inventory discrepancies - support root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
    • Support the management, tracking & reporting of life cycle management, including SKU phase-in/phase-out planning
    • Support Excess and Obsolete tracking, root cause analysis and action planning
  • Master Data Governance
    • Manage planning parameter & material master data entry & maintenance.
    • Support Master data cleansing activities and governance process
  • Performance Mgt
    • Execute and monitor KPI’s across demand planning, deployment and inventory management.
    • Support performance root-cause analysis & corrective action planning
    • Analysis of KPI trends to identify key opportunities for performance improvement in global days coverage and service levels.
    • Ad hoc analysis to facilitate decision making process.
  • Business Process Excellence
    • Support planning process standardization, training, and reporting
    • Support documentation and training of core daily, weekly and monthly work processes

Qualifications

  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • Highly analytical & detail orientated.
  • Demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Sefl-motivated, hands-on, and self-accountable.
  • Process and systems driven.
  • Strong communication skills. Able to work/communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Team player. Ability to work effectively cross functionally with strong customer service orientation.
  • Net Suite, Blue Yonder & Power BI experience preferred.
  • Experience with supply chain functions such as Customer Service, Demand Planning, Supply Planning preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree - business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, data analytics or related fields preferred.
  • APICS CPIM certified or similar accreditation - preferred.
  • Fluency of English is a must (both verbal and written)

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position.

At Orveon Global, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.

The pay range for this position is $55,000-$83,000.

The range listed is just one component of Orveon’s total compensation package for employees. For full time positions other benefits include competitive bonuses, a generous Paid Time Off policy, Medical Benefits, Parental Leave, 401K, Gratis, Hybrid Working Environment, Summer Fridays, and Employee Discounts.
