Orthopedic Specialists of SW Florida are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced MRI Technologist - Part time to join our team. As an integral member of our healthcare facility, you will play a crucial role in performing MRI’s in an office setting.

Orthopedic Specialists of SW Florida’s state-of-the-art, 36,000 square-foot facility incorporates the latest in leading-edge technology in order to provide optimal care for patients who have bone, joint, muscle and spine problems. Our office includes five Centers of Excellence and a full Physical Therapy and Occupational/Hand Therapy division, which work in close coordination with our physicians to provide non-operative, preoperative, post-operative and preventive care.
Responsibilities:

Conduct magnetic imaging ordered by physician
-
Explain testing procedures and review safety paperwork
-
Facilitate communication between radiologists and physicians
-
Manage supply orders for the MRI department
-
Transmit or print exams for further evaluation
-
Adhere to equipment standards and care protocols
Qualifications:
-
Radiology license issued by the State of Florida
-
Maintain active status with ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologist)
-
3-5 years of MRI experience
