Orthodontic Experts LTD is Hiring a Front Desk Dental Receptionist Near Mundelein, IL

Description

  • Creates a welcoming atmosphere by greeting visitors and patients to the clinic
  • Checks in and checks out patients in a timely, friendly manner
  • Outstanding professional phone management skills: manages a multiline telephone system efficiently and politely, minimizing hold time
  • Comforts patients by answering any questions they may have
  • Expedites patient processing by having them fill out forms
  • Obtains patient identification and insurance information
  • Maintains patient accounts by verifying insurance information
  • Protects patients’ right of confidentiality; mandatory familiarity with HIPAA
  • Overlook the cleanliness and maintenance of the front waiting area
  • Review the daily schedule of the clinic for any changes
  • Check if all bondings are Approved and Active with insurance (day before & day of the appointment)
  • Print end of day reports. Check collected payments against the report and check all credit card transactions.
  • Ensure that all COVID-19 clinic policies are followed by all visitors and patients.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Pleasant phone demeanor; bilingual speaker preferred
  • Computer skills required; Google Suites
  • At least 1 year of Medical office receptionist
  • Bilingual- Spanish
