Job Summary

The Scheduling Coordinator is the first person that our patients see when they arrive for their appointments. This individual should be friendly and possess excellent customer service skills. Having the ability to multitask is also required as this position is fast paced.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities in this position include: Scheduling appointments, answering phones, checking emails and directing calls to the appropriate staff member. The Scheduling Coordinator is also responsible for the schedule as a whole, making sure that all days are scheduled properly, charts are ready for the following day and all necessary paperwork has been completed prior to treatment,

Qualifications and Skills

Previous scheduling or office experience is preferred but there is training available for qualified applicants.

Must be familiar with social media such as Facebook

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
