Orthobiologics Associates LLC is Hiring a Patient Liaison Near Spring, FL

We are seeking an experienced and resourceful Patient Liaison to oversee the day-to-day relations with our prospective patients. The Patient Liaison will be responsible for collecting information and scheduling our prospective patients. You will report directly to general management and work closely with the physician, concierge receptionist, program specialist and other role players, e.g. teams within the organization, vendors, and customers.

To be successful in this role, you must have superb organizational and communication skills. Your work will be accurate and you will be polite and professional.

Patient Liaison Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to patients in person, by email, phone, or text.
  • Schedule in-office or phone conference appointments between the patient and the Providers.
  • Build and maintain close relationships with patients.
  • Educating patients on Processes
  • Using CRM & EMR Software to keep track of patient information
  • Support for Preferred Physician and Program Specialist
  • Administrative support; ie answering phones, faxes, inventory, etc.

Patient Liaison Requirements:

  • Computer skills – must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and project management software, e.g. Go High Level.
  • Prior administrative or client services experience within a corporate organization may be strongly desired.
  • A professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Have a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The Patient Liaison must be available during their scheduled shift, which can vary based on the needs of potential patients. This is a Full-time position, Monday to Friday and some weekends may be required.

Previous experience in a medical or health setting is preferred but not necessary. We are a successful established integrative and health clinic that is looking to add someone to our team that is proactive, responsible, and willing to grow in their role.

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour Commission Pay
