Hands-on working manager position in a fast-paced farm and home retail operation. Daily routine assignments consistently require skills and knowledge closely related to the position of Store Manager. Must be at least 21 years of age and subject to applicable background check as duties include overseeing ATF compliance and sales of new firearms in a retail establishment. ATF compliance and general firearms knowledge and experience a plus. Position also includes merchandising the sales floor with freight handling, processing, and operating a forklift. Strong communication and leadership skills, Agriculture background, product knowledge, and hardlines experience preferred. Must be committed to excellent and efficient customer service. Must be able to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, and weekends. Competitive wage, comprehensive benefit package, and valuable growth potential.
