Responsibilities:

• Oversee the school's ESE staffing & educational planning.
• Lead IEP, EP, and other meetings with district teams.
• Develop and implement programs, track progress, and advocate for students.
• Collaborate with school staff, district specialists, and external agencies.
• Provide professional development and training on ESE topics.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.

Qualifications:

• Master's in Special Education FL ESE/Leadership certification.
• 3-5 years' experience working with students with disabilities.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and data analysis skills.
• Expertise in IEP development, intervention strategies, and ESE programs.
• Familiarity with IDEA and other relevant regulations.

Bonus points:

• Experience as an ESE Specialist or similar role.
• Knowledge of curriculum development and best practices for students with disabilities.
• Experience with professional development and training.
• Bilingual fluency (English & Spanish).
