ORIONNET SYSTEMS is Hiring a Business Development/Software Sales Representative (FT) Near Oklahoma, OK

As a Business Analyst/Software Sales Representative, your job duties include answering questions for potential clients before and after purchase and providing a demonstration of the software to ensure it fits each client's needs. Making cold calls, research and visit potential customers. Identify and qualify sales leads. You spend a majority of your time on the phone with potential customers to land a sale and maintain client happiness.
The role requires representing our company with honesty and integrity, building sound relationships, increasing current business through direct selling, while growing profitability and maximizing company growth. As the Business Analyst/Software Sales Representative you will be responsible for business development by converting prospective clients into customers, maintaining relationships and developing client/partner referrals.
  • Learn the company’s software product and in order to be able to sell.
  • Strong knowledge in the Mental Health and behavioral health industry is a plus.
  • The successful candidate will have responsibility to achieve an assigned quarterly sales quota.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota.
  • 1 years software sales experience.
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 35-45% of the work week on average; valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required.
  • Comfortable presenting software in front of executives, supervisors and end users, or potential customers.
  • Hard-working and persistent, putting in the time before and after meetings to deliver great results.
  • Intelligent, curious and driven to succeed in a career in Software Technology and sales.
  • Strong negotiating skills with ability to close sales.
  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma.
  • Detail orientated with strong follow-up skills and cold calling skills.
  • Must be a self starter with very high energy and passion.
  • Excellent presentation skills (written and verbal).
  • Must have a personal vehicle in sound operating condition.
  • Must maintain personal auto insurance indicating minimum coverage of $150,000 per person / $150,000 per accident / $100,000 property damage.
Responsibilities:
  • Must closed deals/sales/produce sales.
  • Must make daily calls to potential customers.
  • Must learn and understand the company’s software product and in order to be able to sell and talk about the product to potential customers.
  • Represent the company, its solutions and software, for the assigned territory or vertical.
  • As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal Software Sales Representative, have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success.
  • Exceed demo's target and quarterly sales target.
  • Carry out business development activities to develop pipeline for the territory.
  • Maintaining accurate data and forecasts within the Zoho CRM system for the assigned territory.
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with potential customers, leads, and prospect.
  • Send outbound emails to drive potential customer meetings and potential lead to software demo and finally closing the sale.
  • Learn and aid in critical skills in the sales process like meeting preparation, follow-up and closing.
  • Adhere to all company guidelines and policies.
  • Represent Real Time with a clean, professional appearance.
  • Coordinate and meet with managers on daily basis.
  • Provide daily calendar updates to manager and team member.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
  • Reporting of weekly activity, expenses, competitive activity.
  • Reporting of Daily activities through the use of email, submitting upon completion of each day (if on the field).
