Position Details
Location: St Louis, MO Area – Remote with some overnight travel
Compensation: $45K-$60K annualized base wage, plus overtime
Shift: Mon – Fri, plus overtime as needed
Travel: 25-50% - typically not more than 5 days per trip when out of State.

Position Description
As a Field Service Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Provide installation and technical service of automated parking systems, and provide timely notification of problems and delays.
- Assist with project set-up, installation, and customer training.
- Research and gain working knowledge on new hardware, devices, and tools via hands-on training and company training program to provide better system solutions and installation and trouble-shooting efficiency.
- Follow and enforce all OSHA safety practices.
- Complete PCI checklist when addressing applicable service issues.
- Ensure work orders are detailed, completed per SOP and signed off by client prior to leaving work site.
- Maintain and operate company fleet vehicles in a safe manner.
- Generate service tickets as needed and follow up with support to ensure issues are resolved. Provide on-call after-hours and weekend emergency service as required by customers.
- Assist sales staff in promoting the sale of new equipment where appropriate.
- Provide effective communication that creates a collaborative environment with all parties that the Project Team interacts with, including: clients, subcontractors, branch staff, support personnel, and corporate staff.
- Ability to work with hand and power tools required.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team and provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to work outdoors in all climates and conditions.
- Ability to lift and/or move in excess of 50 lbs on a regular basis and up to 100 lbs on occasion.
- Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams a plus.
- Networking and computer skills preferred.
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 50%.
- Position will require kneeling, bending and working on ladders.
