Orion Power Systems, Inc. is Hiring a Part-Time Bookkeeper/Office Manager Near Jacksonville, FL

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Book Keeper / Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

Duties:
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Assist with reconciliations and account analysis
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
- Oversee office supplies inventory and procurement
- Maintain office policies and procedures
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Assist with payroll processing
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed

Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelors degree in accounting or related field preferred
- Proven experience in accounting in a business setting
- Deep knowledge and experience using Quickbooks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
