Orion Homes LLC provides direct care to individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in a group home setting. We are looking for a compassionate Overnight Coordinator to oversee 15 of our residential group homes.

This is a full-time, hourly position.

OVERNIGHT COORDINATOR

• Supervises the operations of 15 group homes for adults with disabilities
• Ensure direct care staff provide exceptional care to the residents in a home-like environment
• Monitor homes for compliance with Company policies and State regulations
• Ensure medication procedures are followed and records are accurate
• Verify residents presence
• Confirm the completion of notes, logs, and adls
• Transport residents to hospital, if needed
• Work with the Clinical Team to develop and implement Treatment Plans for residents

The ideal candidate will have:

• A demonstrated history of increasing responsibility in their previous roles
• Management experience of at least 10 direct reports, with preference given to Group Home environments.
• Experience participating in Care Management and Treatment Planning

Qualifications:

* Must be at least 21 years of age
* Must have great leadership skills
* Must be flexible
* Must have a valid AZ Driver License with good driving record
** Must be able to pass a background check to obtain a fingerprint clearance card from Arizona Department of Public Safety
* Must pass drug screen
* Training required: Prevention & Support, CPR, First Aid, Article 9
* Valid Fingerprint Level 1 Clearance Card (must provide on own)
(*You will be asked to provide a 39-month MVD report)
