Orion Homes, LLC is looking for a Group Home Manager to manage one of our residential group homes in either our Phoenix, Glendale, or Peoria locations. Our group homes are to help provide direct care to individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in a group home setting.

This is a full-time, on-call, hourly position. $19.50/hr - $21.50/hr

Regular schedule will be Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Group Home Manager Duties:

• Budgeting Staff training Staff supervision/scheduling
• Day-to-day group home maintenance according to state licensing standards
• Performance Reviews and Corrections for Staff

Client responsibilities to include but not limited to:

• Meal planning
• Charts and bookkeeping
• Client correspondence
• Medical appointments
• Oversee client medication.
• Client medical history
• Promoting health and safety by actively participating in the development and abilities of each client.

Qualifications:

* Must be at least 21 years of age

* Associate degree preferred

* Must be flexible

* Must have a valid AZ Driver License with good driving record (You will be asked to provide a 39-month MVD report)

* Must be able to pass a background check to obtain a fingerprint clearance card from Arizona Department of Public Safety

* Must be able to pass drug screen
