We’re seeking a skilled Nursing Home Administrator to join our dedicated team here in our Oriol Health Care family. As an integral part of our organization, you’ll oversee the daily operations at our four-star rated Holden facility, ensuring the highest standard of care for our residents while promoting a positive work environment for our employees.
Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center is a 123-bed nursing facility providing long term skilled care and short-term rehab services. Holden Rehab is newly renovated and is now home to Wachusett Respiratory Care Unit.

Experience:
· Current MA Nurse Home Administrator’s license
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration, with specific experience in long-term care settings preferred.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and staff.
· Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in long-term care administration.
