Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center is a 123-bednursing facility providing long term skilled care and short-term rehabservices. Holden Rehab is newly renovated and is now home to WachusettRespiratory Care Unit.

Experience:

·Current MA Nurse Home Administrator’s license

·Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcareadministration, with specific experience in long-term care settings preferred.

·Strong leadership skills with the ability tomotivate and inspire a diverse team.

·Excellent communication and interpersonalskills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and staff.

·Knowledge of regulatory requirements and bestpractices in long-term care administration.
