We are growing, and still looking for good people to join our team!!

We are looking for a motivated, hardworking individual to join our sales team. We focus on an educational, no-pressure sales approach. The individuals must have a positive attitude and good communication and clerical skills. Integrity and desire to strive for excellence are at the core of who we are. A typical work week averages 40-45 hours, including some evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

After one year of full-time employment, all employees become owners through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). This program allows you to share in our success and is an investment in your future.

The Original Mattress Factory is an established Fairfield, OH. manufacturer and retailer of mattresses and box springs. We have a reputation of quality products and excellent service. Our Fairfield factory and showroom opened in 1992. In addition to our factory location we have eight other retail store locations in the Tri-State: Beavercreek, Miamisburg, Waterstone, Kenwood, Eastgate, Western Hills, Florence, KY. and Cold Spring, KY. We build a high-quality product in our own factory and sell directly to the customer using a no-pressure, educational sales approach.
