About the Job

We're searching for the owner-operators to cover our dedicated lanes CA - WA - CA.

We have 11 trucks in our capacity, but it is not enough to cover the dedicated lane. Owners needed ASAP.

We mainly work PO with Amazon. Easy work, just Hook and Drop (7 out 10) loads, other loads might be live load.

We also effectively work with Spot Market. In the current market condition, our average rpm is usually higher than $2.1.

Job Summary

• Owner Operator (Team)
• Dry Van and Power Only
• $12,000 - $16,000 gross total weekly avg. pay per team. Paid weekly.
• 88% of load
• 6,999 - 7,000 avg. miles per week per team
• Dedicated, Line Haul
• No Driver Load / Unload

Home Time

• 15 - 20 expected days out
• You can stay out longer if you want to
• No guaranteed weekends home

Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure.
• Submitting customer paperwork and deposits including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports.
• Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.

Equipment Requirements

• Max truck age : 10 years
• No overdimensional trucks allowed

Orientation Details

• Orientation is not paid for
• Does not cover accommodation
• Drivers get their own room
• No meals are included
• Does not cover any travel expenses

Hiring Requirements

• Class A license
• 1 month OTR experience
