(IBOAZ) We are considered one of the most technologically advanced P&C Independent Insurance Agencies in the state of Arizona and we have recently built out a Life Insurance Team. As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand upon our ability to service our existing clients' life insurance needs. We have an 18 year book of business that has not been touched for Life Insurance. The best solution for our clientele would be a dedicated Life Insurance Team to respond to their incoming inquiries and assist them with obtaining the right coverage for their household and individual needs. This highly motivated team would be responsible for providing life insurance policies to individuals and families that are existing and newly acquired clients of IBOAZ. You will play a critical role in helping our clients plan for the future and protect their loved ones.

Job Responsibilities To include but not limited to the following: During the first 4-6 months:
Call and introduce our new Life Department to our existing clientele to set life insurance appointments for Senior Life Agent
Learn and train all aspects under the Senior Life Agent so that you will be able to move up to a Life Sales Agent after 4-6 month period
After 6 months when promoted to Sales Agent:
Handle incoming life leads by doing a needs based analysis and offering eligible products
Accept appointments that other team members set
Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate policies
Explain the features and benefits of different policies to clients
Help clients complete applications and underwriting requirements
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions inside of Salesforce and our custom CRM
Attend networking events and other industry-related functions as needed
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Must have a valid Life Insurance License
1 years experience in Life insurance (preferred but not required)
Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Passion for people and developing sales relationships
Goal-orientated, with a focus on achieving sales success
Ability to cultivate relationships
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong consultative speaking abilities and time-management skills
Strong computer skills and basic software applications
Benefits
During first 4-6 months, $14/hr bonuses based on appointments set
After 6 months, once moved to Sales Agent, compensation can be Draw plus Commission or Commission only. Goal is $100k after first 12 months.
