Organogenesis is Hiring a Customer Service Supervisor Near Canton, MA

Job Description:

Organogenesis, a leader in regenerative medicine, is seeking a Supervisor of Customer Service. This individual will provide leadership in the day to day activities associated with processing sales orders, monitor compliance of policies and procedures, and manage scheduling, training and development of personnel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure accuracy, consistency and efficiency in relation to customer service day to day processes and reporting; Foster Partnerships with customers and field sales force. Monitor and communicate policy developments that impact the Customer Service Department; Train and coach team members and provide feedback that will help deliver the highest quality of service; Review customer service system, policies, and procedures periodically to ensure compliance

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Audit daily report at the end of the day to ensure accuracy
Handle customer complaints and ability to recover a positive relationship
Develop and implement process to improve customer service
Make on the spot decisions to drive customer service excellence
Actively support customer’s initiative by proactively influencing training and development of the team
Adjust team’s strategies to suit evolving customer requirements and opportunities for improvements
Troubleshoot affected areas in the organization as directed by Management
Interview potential candidates for the team
Participate in meetings as directed by Management
Maintain strict confidentiality
Keep management abreast of department, staffing, internal/external issues, etc.
Assist with projects as directed by Manager of Reimbursement department
Use strong internal and external network to enhance long-term strategic goals.
Build and maintain relationships with Legal, Marketing, Sales, Accounts Receivable, Quality, Distribution, and Reimbursement.
Design and implement training programs, SOPs, brochures, and other documents as directed by management.

Job Requirements:

Preferred Education and Experience
BS/BA in Business Administration
Proven leader with 3-5 years' supervisory experience.
Ability to resolve issues, communicate clearly, multitask, effectively set expectations, and collaborate cross functionally
