Summary of Role
TheAssistant Plant Manager is responsible for helping to direct and manage theefficient operations of the Chaseburg Creamery.
The AssistantPlant Manager works to assist the Plant Manager in providing operational oversight with astrong emphasis on personnel safety, food safety, and food quality.
Successis measured by improvement of personnel and food safety metrics, while alsoimproving productivity, quality metrics and increasing the operator's sense ofownership of systems.
This role promotescollaboration and teamwork within and between production, maintenance, andquality staff as well as others to foster motivation, increased productivity,and ensure the highest level of customer service. This is a safety sensitive role.

Base salary range: $73,424 - $97,105 peryear
This salary rangeis exclusive of fringe benefits. The compensation package may also includeincentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary bonuses. Ifyou are hired at CROPP, your final base salary compensation will be determinedbased on factors such as skills, education, and/orexperience. Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity andconsider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any finaloffer. Please keep in mind that entry-level candidates to this role shouldexpect to be at the lower end of the salary range and hiring at the maximum of the salary rangeis not typical.
