Job Summary:
This position reports to the plant manager. The maintenance technician position is responsible for performing highly
diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive
and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.
This position has multi-craft responsibilities in both the electrical and mechanical fields.

Duties and Responsibilities:
? 480VAC motor controls.
? Variable frequency drives.
? Steam boiler and hot oil system maintenance and repair.
? Industrial instrumentation such as: PLC’s, level, pressure, temperature and flow measurement/control.
? Centrifugal and positive displacement pump repair and seal replacement.
? General mechanical maintenance and some light welding.
? Pipe installation and repairs.
? Lighting and facilities maintenance.
? Preventative maintenance.
? Maintain critical spare parts and components.
? Abide by the principles in the EHS&S mission statement.
? Responsibilities and training outlined in the RCRA Hazwaste Job Duties Matrix (see attachment)
? Abide by ORG Chem Group’s quality policy.

Requirements

Skills and Education Requirements:
? Minimum of 3 years industrial maintenance experience in a related field.
? 2 year degree or relevant training or military training program preferred, but not required with the right experience.
Minimum of a high school diploma. Willing to train the right candidate in pump maintenance and repair if the
candidate has the required electrical and instrumentation experience.
? Ability to work rotating shift work including nights, weekends and holidays.
? Available for Call-In
