About the Job

We currently have two adult rehab clinics, Hot Springs and Glenwood and are poised for growth. The Business Manager will manage a $2,000,0000 Rehab Clinic and grow it to the next level. Hot Springs is our largest clinic and rapidly growing. We are looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks and employees in a fast paced, ever-changing environment. They will do this by creating a fun culture of productivity, patient empathy, and managing day-to-day relationships with parents by making them feel comfortable and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative direction to staff
• Assist Clinic Leads with Marketing
• Work with financial team to verify expenditures of budgeted funds
• Assist in the development of clinic P/L Statements
• Generate staff schedules, task assignments, and resource allocation.
• Responsible for human resources functions locally
• Resolution of parent problems regarding charges, learner care, and customer service.
• Achieve efficiency objectives
• Assure employees conformity to the Company corporate values, policies and procedures

Physical Demands
