Oregon State Credit Union is Hiring a Member Resource Specialist Near Corvallis, OR

We're in search of the person who will be the face of our organization to everyone who visits our 9th Street Financial Center, able to offer them the unsurpassed service for which we are known.
As our Member Resource Specialist, you'll be the first point-of-contact for members in our busiest branch, where you'll coordinate the flow of traffic to the various departments located in our Financial Center. But this is more than just your standard Receptionist role; this position also handles basic financial transactions (cashing checks, making deposits, etc.), manages a cash drawer, educates members about our products, researches member questions and performs back up and support service to departments such as Real Estate, Investments and our Call Center. It requires an outgoing, positive personality, strong interpersonal and service skills and keen attention to deal. If your bilingual, even better! This is an entry-level position which can easily lead to a career in the financial world.

Schedule: Must be available to work Mon-Fri, 8:15 am to 6:15 pm

What you will need to be successful:

High school diploma or GED
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to problem-solve using all available resources
Strong customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Six months relevant experience in the financial industry, preferred
