Oregon Integrated Health is an Integrated Primary Care Medical Home that is hiring for a Full Time/Part Time Naturopathic Doctor for our PCPCH 5 and Rural Health Candidate Clinic in Eugene Oregon.
Our Eugene clinic sees a demographic of Medicaid and Medicare individuals that are in need for our expansion with community resources that a Rural Health designation will provide.
Our Integrated Medical Home in Eugene currently has a team of Naturopathic Physicians, Family Nurse Practitioners, Licensed Professional Counselors, Behavioral Health Clinicians, Acupuncture, Chiropractor, oral health with an Expanded Practice Dental Hygienist, Medical Assistants and Director of Clinical Operations. Our patients have access to Quest Laboratories directly in our facility. Vaccine for Children program.
We utilize telemedicine visits for patients that are at home as well as telehealth visits – when patients may not have access to data or smart phones patients come to our Eugene facility and utilize our technology to connect with any of our providers across our 4 locations! Our additional locations in Florence, Salem and Portland are comprised of Family Nurse Practitioners, Naturopathic Physicians, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners, Counselors, Chiropractors, Acupuncture, Physical Therapy, Massage Therapy and oral health with an Expanded Practice Dental Hygienist.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct patient assessments and gather medical history
- Perform physical examinations and vital sign measurements
- Provide naturopathic treatments and therapies to patients
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs
- Educate patients on lifestyle changes, nutrition, and natural remedies
- Administer IV infusions and insert IV lines as needed
- Perform venipuncture for laboratory testing
- Provide care for pediatric patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Qualifications:
- Degree in Naturopathic Medicine from an accredited institution
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
