Position Overview:

Luna Allure seeks its first full-time, in-house Social Media and Marketing Assistant Manager. This pioneering role calls for a result-driven leader who embodies our brand values and actively contributes to our growth through effective social media strategies. We're looking for an independent visionary who can build and innovate from the ground up, creating a solid digital presence that not only reflects our ethos but also drives leads for our services.

Independence & Leadership: The ability to independently build and manage our social media presence from scratch, demonstrating strong leadership and creative thinking.

Brand Ambassadorship: Excitement to be the face and voice of Luna Allure on various platforms, growing our following while staying true to our brand identity.

Content Creation & Marketing Skills: Expertise in creating compelling content that resonates on social media platforms, with a keen eye for trends, aesthetics, and engagement strategies.

Visual Aesthetic: You understand the principles of beautiful visual content creation, including the importance of lighting, shadows, framing, and composition, to create stunning, scroll-stopping content.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a results-driven social media strategy focused on lead generation and brand value reflection.

Create, film, edit, and post engaging video content across TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts, embodying the essence of Luna Allure.

Engage and grow our community, fostering a space for supportive and meaningful interactions.

Analyze social media trends and leverage insights to ensure content relevance and drive engagement.

Community Engagement: Actively engage with our community by responding to comments and feedback in real-time, fostering a vibrant and supportive online environment.

Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of social media trends and leverage these insights to enhance content relevance and viewer engagement.

Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with our team to brainstorm and implement creative marketing strategies that align with Luna Allure's mission and values.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, marketing, or content creation, with a preference for candidates with a background in the spa or beauty industry.

Demonstrated leadership in creating and executing successful social media campaigns.

Proficiency in content creation, editing, and analytics tools.

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO.

Experience managing social media ad campaigns, budgeting, and content scheduling.

Candidates with experience in managing social media ad campaigns and budgeting on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok will have an advantage.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a must to communicate effectively with our diverse client base and team.

Work Hours & Compensation:

This is an in-office position with expected hours of 44-48 weekly. Luna Allure operates 7 days a week, so availability on weekends is a must. However, we value work-life balance, offering one weekend off every month.

Yearly salary: $45,000 - $52,000, with up to $15,000 in bonuses based on performance.
