Job Description: We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Associate to join our team in San Antonio, TX. The Marketing Associate will play a key role in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns to promote Daily Dot Art, increase brand awareness, and engage our target audience across various channels. This individual will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Job: Full time
Pay range: $22.50 to $31.50 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote Daily Dot Art's brand, products, and featured artists across multiple channels, including social media, email, website, and online advertising platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, and email newsletters, that align with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
- Assist in the creation and optimization of paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads to drive website traffic, increase conversions, and generate leads.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, and conversion rates, to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for innovation in marketing strategies and tactics.
