About You
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Sanitation Worker. You will play a critical role in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring food safety standards are met within our production environment. What Will Be Expected
This is a fast-paced job that requires you to stand and work in a cold and wet environment. The temperature inside of the processing area may vary in range and can be as low as 40 degrees.
Working in our Sanitation department, you will regularly cleaning and sanitizing all production machinery and equipment throughout plant including conveyor belts, screens, filters, fryers, pipes, walls, totes, rollers, tables, and freezers, and ensure proper cleaning procedures are followed. Our employees must be flexible and willing to work at any job that we need them to. We process a variety of different food products, including shellfish.
Work Schedule
We need people who can meet the attendance requirements. You must be willing and able to work extended hours, overtime, and weekends, as needed.
Candidates must be able to work between the below hours.
Shift Hours: 3rd Shift 7:00 pm - 5:30 am (or until job is complete)
Duties include: Cleaning and sanitizing all production machinery and equipment throughout plant including conveyor belts, screens, filters, fryers, pipes, walls, totes, rollers, tables, and freezers, and ensure proper cleaning procedures are followed.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. and frequently lift or move up to 50 lbs.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions.

Salary Disclosure
The typical hourly pay range for this role is $20.75 - $23.00 per hour. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills.
Starting Pay: $20.75 per hour
