Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will provide essential care and assistance to individuals in need. This role requires a strong commitment to helping others and the ability to work in various settings such as senior care facilities, nursing homes, and assisted living centers.

Duties:
- Provide direct support to individuals in their daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Assist with mobility and transportation needs, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote a positive and supportive environment
- Support individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Maintain a clean and organized living space for clients
- Engage in meaningful social interactions and recreational activities with clients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
