Job Title: Part-Time Fitness Coach (12-25 hours / week)

    • Provide a premier member experience through fostering a motivational and engaging Orangetheory studio environment
    • Building workout traffic and retaining current membership
    • Maintaining organization and cleanliness of workout room and completing cleaning tasks pre and post coaching block
    • Reset the workout room after each of your classes
    • Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one meetings with the Head Coach.
    • Attend at least one studio marketing event per month
    • Recommended to take a minimum of two Orangetheory classes per week
    • Assist Sales Associates with the closing of sales for your prospective intro
    • Uphold the Orangetheory standard for intro closing percentage
    • Be flexible and willing to work on weekends
    • Contribute to our Nichefitness culture, while exhibiting our core values of humble, hungry and smart
    • Stay knowledgeable on all Orangetheory technology and advancements
    • Coach a minimum of 6 classes per week
    • Member engagement responsibilities (goal setting with new and current members, holding members accountable to their workout routine, inviting members to participate in studio initiatives, etc.)
    • Stay up to date with fitness certificationsJob Qualifications:
      • Experience as a group fitness coach or personal trainer is preferred
      • Must hold a current fitness certification from an OTF approved education company (NSCA, ACSM, NASM, ACE, NCSF, or AAFA)
      • Maintain OTFit certifcation
      • High school diploma, GED, and/or college experience required
      • CPR/AED certification
      • Ability to command a workout with up to 42 people
      • Exceptional interpersonal skills
      • Passion and ability coach all fitness levels
      • Must be able to safely lift and move at least 40 lbs
      • Ability to actively motivate members for the duration of your coaching blockOrangetheory Culture Virtues: Humble, Hungry and Smart
        Reporting Structure: Head Coach
        Performance appraisal: 30 day, 60 day, 90 day, and quarterly
        Compensation: Coaching tiers range from $15/class to $65/class. Hourly pay for member engagement and marketing starting at $10/hour.
