Job Title: Assistant Studio Leader Overview: As an Assistant Studio Leader (ASL), you will be empowered to provide leadership and direction to the Sales Associate and Coaching team alongside the Studio Leader (SL). This developmental position embodies proven sales experience and results, a passion to lead others, and a meta performance level of customer service.
Job Duties Include: Operational Responsibilities Assist SL with daily, weekly and monthly Studio Leader responsibilities Goal Setting Worksheet Sales Tracker MTD metrics Assist in the hiring and onboarding process of new Sales Associates Lead the team meeting and WIG session once a month (on week X) Audit and reconcile unpaid visits/declined payments Fully participate in weekly strategic with Studio Leader Responsible for daily walk thru for a premier experience. Work alongside SL/HC for any action needed such as equipment, maintenance, or inventory Processing cancellations & freezes within 24 hours and sending confirmation emails Effectively resolving staff & member needs/questions Responsible for supporting SA team needing coverage when needed Any additional duties as requested by Studio Leader or Regional Territory Leader Responsible for contributing to your studios monthly self-generated lead goal Attend weekly team meeting and at least 1 marketing event per month Responsible for attending and participating in all relative OTF workshops Complete all shift duties and cleaning tasks according to the daily checklist Maintains an organized and clean lobby/front desk area Responsible for conducting a minimum of 40 calls per shift to prospective members Member Facing Responsibilities Model all studio activities through self-involvement (leading by example) Ensures that all front of the house systems are followed such as check in process, telephone inquiries (general and sales related), guest registration & studio tours, member account reconciliation, member care calls, document scanning & uploading Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service Greet, check in, and assign members starting positions before each class Handle and resolve client account concerns/questions in a respectful and timely manner (within 24 hours) Works closely with Coaches to provide a premier experience for our members (introducing new members, celebrating milestones, etc.) Maintains accurate records of conversations with members using established OTF systems Marketing Responsibilities Researching the community and market within a certain range of the studio Increasing following and engagement on all social media platforms (Instagram / Facebook / TikTok) Increasing brand awareness and maintaining profiles on search platforms (Google / Yelp) Identifying and executing at least 1 event monthly (with a return of investment) Developing new business to business partnerships monthly and corporate relationships quarterly Maintaining business to business relationships and corporate relationships monthly Support and assist of events for other Nichefitness studios Engage on studio social channels on a daily basis while adhering to the content calendar provided by EDM Adhering to the Nichefitness Brand Guide provided by the EDM Assisting in creating and maintaining the Nichefitness content calendar Reporting Structure: Studio Leader Compensation: $14-$18 per hour monthly commission/bonus opportunities Performance appraisal: Biannual
