Orangetheory Fitness is a trendsetting cutting-edge fitness organization with 1,500 locations open in the US, Canada and internationally. We are currently seeking a qualified Sales Associate that is keen on driving sales and service excellence for our group fitness training facility in East Nashville, TN.
The Sales Associate position is a critical role that is accountable for membership sales, flawless customer service and team collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong drive and passion for growing the OTF membership base and providing high-touch customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Effectively sells customized OTF memberships and other studio products

• Multitask effectively and thrive in high-energy environment

• Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the OTF studio

• Maintain accurate records using established OTF sales systems

• Conduct telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls

• Lead OTF studio previews with prospects and/or fitness program holders

• Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist ( pre/during/post) shift activities

• Maintain an organized and clean lobby/front desk area

• Systematically contacts prospective clients and current members to increase memberships and improve member retention

• Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns

• Process accurately onboarding documents for new members

• Works closely with Fitness Team to ensure a flawless on-boarding & member experience

• Responsible for attending and participating in all relative OTF training programs and team meetings

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for health & wellness

• Excellent presentation skills and driven by changing lives

• Able to multitask and thrive in a busy ever-changing environment

• Excellent customer service skills

• Previous sales experience, with strong sales skills (experience working in a sales quota bearing structure highly preferred)

• Functional computer skills required – MS Office basic programs

• High school diploma required.

• Ability to work and function in an ORANGE TEAM environment (Orange is more than a just a color, it’s an attitude)

SHIFT:
Looking to hire permanent full-time position for the 30 hour shift below:
Monday – 4:00PM – 8:00PM
Tuesday – OFF
Wednesday – 4:00PM – 8:00PM
Thursday – OFF
Friday – OFF
Saturday – 6:45AM - 1:15PM
Sunday –1:30PM - 5:30PM
