Responsibilities:
  • Implement, execute, and improve upon the CSMS-NA playbooks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CSMS-NA seamlessly into the product development lifecycle.
  • Manage the documentation and communication of CSMS-NA, ensuring awareness and compliance across the organization.
  • Ad-hoc support as a technical expert in PCG services and programs as required.

  • Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
